End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and WhoFeature LLC, operating under the FeatureZens brand ("Licensor"), governing your use of any digital scripts, software, configuration files, or related materials ("Software") provided by FeatureZens.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

1. Grant of License

Subject to this EULA, FeatureZens grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license is granted to a single user and may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or assigned to any other person or entity.

This license does not constitute a sale of the Software. You do not obtain any ownership rights in the Software. All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain the exclusive property of WhoFeature LLC.

2. Scope of Use

The Software is designed for hardware configuration and controller signal processing optimization on the Cronus Zen device.

The Software:

• Is not designed, marketed, or intended for any specific video game.
• Operates within standard controller input emulation.
• Is provided for educational and testing purposes relating to hardware configuration.
• Does not modify, hack, inject into, or otherwise interact with any third-party software, game client, or online service.

References to video games anywhere on the FeatureZens website or associated materials are provided solely for descriptive and informational purposes and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or intended use with those games or their publishers.

3. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the Software.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code.
• Sell, lease, rent, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software or your license.
• Share your account or provide access to the Software to another person.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or licensing information.
• Use the Software for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
• Use the Software in violation of any third-party terms of service.
• Circumvent licensing systems, security measures, or technical protections.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all scripts, code, algorithms, configurations, documentation, branding, and related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of WhoFeature LLC and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.

No part of the Software may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission from WhoFeature LLC.

Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal penalties.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FeatureZens does not guarantee that:

• The Software will meet your specific requirements.
• The Software will operate without interruption or error.
• The Software will remain compatible with future firmware, operating system, hardware, or game updates.
• Results obtained through use of the Software will be accurate or reliable.
• Any defects will be corrected.

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that you use the Software entirely at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to:

• Suspension or termination of accounts on third-party platforms.
• Hardware malfunction resulting from improper configuration.
• Loss of saved data or digital assets.
• Actions taken by game publishers or platform operators.

FeatureZens expressly disclaims responsibility for any action taken against you by third parties arising from your use of the Software.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHOFEATURE LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND TEAM MEMBERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GAME ACCOUNTS, DIGITAL ASSETS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

WHOFEATURE LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THIS EULA SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SOFTWARE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WhoFeature LLC, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and team members from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Software.
• Your violation of this EULA.
• Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

9. Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated.

FeatureZens may terminate your license immediately if you violate any provision of this agreement.

Upon termination:

• Your license immediately ends.
• You must immediately stop using the Software.
• You must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
• No refund will be issued.
• Sections relating to intellectual property, warranties, liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination.

10. Updates & Modifications

FeatureZens may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, or modifications to the Software at its sole discretion.

FeatureZens is under no obligation to provide ongoing updates, maintenance, or support.

Your continued use of the Software following any update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

11. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Content Policy, constitutes the complete agreement between you and WhoFeature LLC regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating to its subject matter.

13. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Delaware.
